Add fixes for cURL trust check, tempfix Asset.ashx
...
LUrlParser isn't needed anymore, so that's removed
Trust check hook has been moved to Http.cpp
Added temporary fix for /Thumbs/Asset.ashx (should follow this up with proper implementation as described in Http.cpp)
