Update ClientSettings.php and WebsiteSettings.php
...
~ Add extra checks to Alphaland\Client\ClientSettingsApplications::FetchCombinedApplicationDependencies() to:
1. Determine if the application dependency actually exists
2. Determine if the application dependency has a dependency to it's
super dependant
~ Make the Alphaland\Client\ClientSettingsKind an abstract class
~ Add Alphaland\Web\WebsiteSettings::GetOrCreateSetting() to website
settings in case we want to write a setting if it truly doesn't exist

Update TwoFactor Dependencies

~ Like the UMM, the members that are static, a new class does not need to be
instantiated.
~ Fixing casing on some of the names of members, if you want to clean up
my advise is that.
~ Added another comment to TwoFactor.php -> please use COUNT(*) when you
aren't actually reading any of the data

Update dependencies and update a confusing ui element on the MCP user

~ I will go through the rest, but you realise you don't have in
instantiate a new instance of the class to call a static member?
~ I changed the wording of something on MCP/user-management/index.php,
instead of it saying "Ban Reason"/"Ban", it will now say "Moderation
Reason" and "Moderate User", because you can warn and suspend users.
~ Added a comment at the top of TwoFactor.php, read it
