- libstdc++ and related libraries either must be linked statically or copied to outpuŧ folder
- windeployqt currently tries opening the common project (libCommon.a)

remove nested cmake project decls
...
each project doesn't have to be a PROJECT project per se; i.e. they don't need to be declared as such within CMake.
the only project should be RNR
