A Bootstrap based ROBLOX revival website.

- Add Recaptcha (https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/old/docs/php, ask mario to make a public key if u want to do this feature)
- Add (yes im sorry) invite keys and a option to disable register in config.php (💀)
